Scenario 1 - $145
Replace existing ceiling fan with new customer supplied ceiling fan. PRICE BASED ON: -Existing light circuit protected by safety switch, as required by AS/NZS 3000, the Australian/New Zealand Wiring Rules. -Existing light cabling has earth wire, as required by AS/NZS 3000, the Australian/New Zealand Wiring Rules. If not, an extra charge of $77 will be applied for new earth wire installation. -Existing isolation switch. -Existing ceiling fan timber is compliant & attached to timber joists. -"Like for like" replacement. Example 1: Existing remote controlled ceiling fan replaced with new remote controlled ceiling fan. Example 2: Existing wall switch controlled ceiling fan replaced with new wall switch controlled ceiling fan. -Maximum ceiling height of 2.7 metres. -Indoor flat gyprock ceiling. PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: -Ceiling patching/painting. -Upgrading existing wiring to meet current standards. -Removing packaging and old ceiling fan's from installation site.
