Thank you for the opportunity to quote your proposed work. All work is completed by licensed electricians, not apprentices.
All quotes are free of charge & you are under no pressure or obligation to accept the final quote. We encourage you to check our online GOOGLE reviews before making your final decision.

1. Quote
(a) The quoted price of services is based on the information provided at the time of submission.
(b) QUOTE VALID FOR 7 DAYS
2. Price Variation
(a) All quotes are subject to additional price variations if we come across illegal/ unsafe wiring or installation methods, which couldn't be seen during the quoting process.
(Example: No existing earth cabling at lighting points, no timber noggin support for existing ceiling fans, non compliant fuses, etc...)
(b) Illegal/ unsafe wiring must be rectified to comply with current Australian Wiring Rules Standards. It is our duty of care to ensure your safety & not void warranty for all completed work.
(c) Any additional prices will be discussed upfront & only completed with your permission.
3. Warranty
(a) MST Electrical offers a lifetime warranty on all our labour (product warranty must be claimed through manufacturer).
4. Payment Method
(a) Payment MUST be made via cash or bank transfer upon completion of work.
(b) If possible, cash upon completion is our preferred payment method.
5. Access to Work Site
(a) If the quote is accepted, please provide clear access to all proposed work areas.
6. Dogs on Property
(a) If applicable, for safety reasons, please restrain dogs, as tools & ladders will be out.
7. MST Property
(a) All items, materials, spare parts and equipment supplied for the above quotation remain the property of MST Electrical until full payment is received.
8. Safety Boots
(a) Please note, due to working with electricity, our insulated work boots must be worn at all times during installation. Please cover flooring if this is an issue. We will do our best to keep our boots as clean as possible.
9. Site Clean up
(a) All gyprock dust, general dust & dirt caused by our work, will be cleaned by us with our commercial vacuum.
10. Invoice
(a) A copy of your detailed invoice with attached photos will be sent upon completion, via email & SMS.
